Tackwarehouse.com has a 30 Day Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee. If not completely satisfied with an item, it may be returned within 30 days of receipt purchase. The returned item must be in its original condition and include all parts, accessories and packaging. If an item is missing, damaged, defective or incorrect, contact must be made within 5 days of the purchase receipt. After 30 days, the manufacturer must be contacted about defective or damaged merchandise. Items may be subject to a 10% handling and restocking fee. Certain categories of items cannot be returned: DVDs, CDs, Books, Maps, Computer Software, Undergarments, Food Items, Dewormer, Flea and Tick Topical Treatments, Special Orders, and Discontinued Items. Personalized items cannot be exchanged or returned unless there was an error on the part of Tack Warehouse. Saddles and bits must be returned unused.
As for the shipping policy, shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting payment information. Simply add items to the cart and proceed to the Checkout page where Shipping Method choices and their prices will be offered. A shipment confirmation will be received when the order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment. Tack Warehouse does not reimburse return shipping for products returned for reasons that are not the fault of Tack Warehouse. Promotional shipping offers cannot be applied to orders being shipped via Air (Next Day or Second Day). All offers are while supplies last and may not be combined with any other promotional offers or discounts or applied to previous or Business to Business orders. Promotional discounts that apply to the order total will be reflected at checkout. Order total excludes taxes, shipping & handling charges, processing fees and the purchase of gift certificates. Certain products are excluded from promotional discounts due to manufacturer guidelines and the low prices offered on all products, such as clippers, clipper blades, and certain other products.
